Heavy Duty Electric Sewing Machine. Singer Futura II, Model 20. Steel Body with Slant Shank / Slant Needle to make it easier to see your work as you go. She has been cleaned, oiled, tested and she’s now ready for you! She’s clean, runs smooth and strong and has the extra zig zag features that we’ve all come to love. The strong 1.3 amp motor is great for any of your sewing projects. She zig zags, has reverse function, feed dog lowering for darning & free motion, free arm option for cuffs etc so easy – just push down the part of the bed behind the needle plate! , she is twin needle stitching capable, has a built-in buttonhole feature, and a thread cutter behind the needle bar. Her zig zag functions are SO EASY TO USE – just choose one and start sewing, or set in a cam for more choices (6 double sided cams included for 4 decorative and 8 flexi-stitches). Attachments and extra accessories included as well as the original user manual (with small handwritten tips & notes inside). She has small, normal pin scratches and rubs / discoloration in the finish here and there, but nothing that takes away from her beauty or functionality. The case cover is in great condition with no cracks – just small marks. You’re sure to love her. A lovely machine – a well taken care of original. Slant shank / slant needle. Heavy Duty Vintage Singer Electric Sewing Machine. With Foot Controller Pedal. Made in the early 1960’s. A fun vintage style machine, with the easy functions you want today. Straight stitch and zig zag. Has the ability for darning and free motion work, as well as cams to insert for beautiful embroidery, appliques, etc. She sews a wide variety of materials. She is running strong and sewing well. Fully serviced (cleaned, oiled, lubed, new size 16 needle added, tested) and now ready for you. N electric sewing machine with her original Singer foot pedal controller and Singer carrying / storage case. The cords are soft and pliable with no cracking – ready for years of use to come. She sews straight stitches, zig zags, does many decorative stitches with the cams included, has the ability to do darning / free motion work, has a buttonhole function (shown in the manual), and is a full aluminum machine which brings you a sturdy lighter-weight all metal machine. Lots of extras included – bobbins, needles, straight stitch and zig zag needle plates, darning needle plate cover, MANY attachments, 10 cams including the very necessary #1 zig zag cam, all in the original Singer storage box (with some taped edges). Original manual included too! Light wear to the hard plastic Singer case and handle, and some wear to the metal finish on the latches, but no cracks or chips – it’s very sturdy. Heavy Duty Electric Sewing Machine. Home Mark DeLuxe Precision Model. Our sewing machine repair consultant worked for Singer for YEARS. He verified that this is a heavy duty / industrial grade machine, good for sewing denim, thin leather, etc for personal projects or as a cottage industry (not in industrial amounts). In the sewing world, this machine is called a “clone” of the Singer 15 machine. At the end of WWII the US government gave the Japanese the blueprints to the Singer 15 sewing machine to help rebuild Japan’s economy (and Singer was no longer making them). And the benefit is that these clones have upgrades from the original Singer machines – they run smoother and have extra features like reverse stitch and an easy switch to raise and lower the feed dogs, as well as the chrome hand wheel instead of the painted ones that seem to get chipped. They are work-horses, and often quite beautiful like this one! You’re sure to love her. A beautiful sewing machine in shiny turquoise blue with silver chrome details. A lovely machine, all original. Heavy Duty Electric Sewing Machine. Nelco Zig Zag and Straight Stitch. Made in the 1950’s. She has been cleaned, oiled, new bobbin winder ring installed, tested and she’s now ready for you! Our sewing machine repair consultant worked for Singer for YEARS. Built in zig zags as well as 24 drop-in cams. She is a left-homing machine, meaning during straight stitch the needle sits to the left of center, which some say has an advantage as more of the fabric is under the foot, so the fabric feed can be even better, and you can see more guide markings on the needle plate. Her finish has some chips and rubs, but nothing that takes away from her use or her cool vintage style. The wood case is solid with normal age wear to the finish and some cute newer updates. Lots of extras included: attachments, bobbins, needles, 24 zig zag cams, spool pin felt, pink seam ripper and accessories box. Electric Sewing Machine with Foot Pedal Control. Serial Number Serial number AJ442961, which dates her to 1950. She has the special blue Centennial badge to celebrate Singer’s anniversary. A lovely machine in great condition, as seen in the photos. Fully serviced (cleaned, oiled, new power cords added, and tested), and now ready for you. Many people use these in sewing tables, however if you need a carrying case we can let you know what we have available. She does not need to be in a table or a case in order to use. She is a “Potted” machine, known for her strong, direct drive train (doesn’t use a belt). She sews a wide variety of materials, including leather and denim. The electric cords to the wall plug and pedal are new, and she has the original Singer foot pedal. She has a working light fixture and features a large work area. She has the special Centennial badge & comes with a Singer buttonholer, Singer zigzagger and Singer blind stitch attachment with instructions, Singer attachments, Singer screwdriver, bobbins, needles, etc. We are also including a printed copy of the original manual. This machine uses “low shank” attachments, which are readily and available and inexpensive online in case you want to add another specific one to your collection. This is such a PRETTY machine and so hard working! Straight stitch, with adjustments for pressure and tension. She’s in great condition, running strong and sewing well. Her gold decals are amazing for being almost 80 years old and she has many “blackside” parts. She was made in 1945 during the war shortage of chrome and nickel, so she has special blackside parts like her slide plate, bobbin plate, bobbin case, light, thumb screws, needle lifting lever, etc. She has been cleaned, oiled, polished, tested, new power cords and bobbin winder ring added, and she is now ready for you. 6 amp motor is great for any of your sewing projects like denim, thin leather and canvas, or for lighter weight dressmaking fabrics as well. She has reverse function, feed dog lowering for darning & free motion, and is made of all metal. She has small rubs in the finish here and there, but nothing that takes away from her beauty or functionality. This is a strong, reliable machine, ready for years of use to come. Running strong and sewing well. Fully serviced (cleaned, oiled, lubed, new bobbin winder ring added, tested) and now ready for you. This machine has a beautiful finish with very little wear. An electric sewing machine with her original Singer foot pedal controller. The cords are soft and pliable with no cracking – ready for years of use to come. She zig zags, does MANY decorative stitches, has the ability to do darning / free motion work, is a full aluminum machine which brings you a sturdy lighter-weight metal machine. And the slant shank makes your work easier to see! Lots of extras included – bobbins, needles, 21 cams including the hard to find #0, 4 attachments, Singer storage boxes, etc. FYI: You can change her needle position to left or center, however the right homing needle position isn’t moving when the lever is moved. If you want to move the needle to the right for straight stitching only (not zig zag), remove the cam and move the width selector to 5.
