Clean Singer 99 belt driven sewing machine that has been oiled, tested and works very, very nicely. With an excellent stitch tightness on top and on the underside. Leather and cotton samples that were sewn using this machine. Everything shown in the photos is included. The machine will be packed tightly with 1.5 inches of strong foam all around. The machine is all metal and very heavy. (N65 p2 location code).

Rare singer 99K Bentwood case. I used to own a shoe repair shop and my wife would help me repair items. The Singer 99 was a sturdy and reliable machine that was easy to use. It became very popular with occasional home users because at 22lbs (10kg), it was more manageable than’full size’ machines and it came in a storage case. In 1921 the company introduced the option of a Singer electic motor making the 99K the first portable electric machine. The 99 will sew most fabrics from fine delicates to denim or leather and will handle any normal household sewing task with ease. At first they had’Bentwood’ (polished plywood) covers which are now thought of as very desirable. The lid doesn’t lock on but this can be repaired if you need to carry it by the handle. I used to own a shoe repair shop so have a look at my other items. Serviced and oiled through whole life. This is the cleanest 99K I have ever seen that’s why I needed to own it. I’ll be sad to part with this one but I hope it finds a good home.

Up for your consideration is a. Heavy Duty Vintage Singer Electric Sewing Machine. With Foot Controller Pedal. Foot and power cord. 5 Cams one in machine. The electric cords are soft, and flexible. This is a hard working, sturdy, heavy duty machine. The machine itself has no visible damage to its surface. Serviced: cleaned inside and out, all gears checked and were in good condition, bobbin casing removed and cleaned, old lubricate removed and replaced with new, oiled according to the owners manual, checked the brushes in the motor(all have at least half of the carbon left), all tension checked for a perfect stitch. Adjustment knobs for stitch lengths, pressure and tension work as they should. Throat plate positions (for darning, free motion, etc). Thread cutter behind the needle bar. I have cleaned it inside and out, checked the gears, oiled and lubricated it. The Singer Trapizoid carrying case is made of wood. As you can see in the picture it needs some gluing other than that it is in good shape. Does have some wear on the inside and outside. You’re going to love it! No PO Boxes, please. My husband and I are not retailers. We find neat things at auctions, estate & garage sales that we think others might be interested in. Electric Sewing Machine with Foot Pedal Control. Serial Number Serial number AJ442961, which dates her to 1950. She has the special blue Centennial badge to celebrate Singer’s anniversary. A lovely machine in great condition, as seen in the photos. Fully serviced (cleaned, oiled, new power cords added, and tested), and now ready for you. Many people use these in sewing tables, however if you need a carrying case we can let you know what we have available. She does not need to be in a table or a case in order to use. She is a “Potted” machine, known for her strong, direct drive train (doesn’t use a belt). She sews a wide variety of materials, including leather and denim. The electric cords to the wall plug and pedal are new, and she has the original Singer foot pedal. She has a working light fixture and features a large work area. She has the special Centennial badge & comes with a Singer buttonholer, Singer zigzagger and Singer blind stitch attachment with instructions, Singer attachments, Singer screwdriver, bobbins, needles, etc. We are also including a printed copy of the original manual. This machine uses “low shank” attachments, which are readily and available and inexpensive online in case you want to add another specific one to your collection. This is such a PRETTY machine and so hard working! Straight stitch, with adjustments for pressure and tension. Bobbin winder with extra spool pin and tension, for winding the bobbin while you’re sewing if desired. Generous harp area (work area between needle and right side). Thread cutter behind the needle bar. “Potted” gear drive motor with no belt ever needed. Darning & free motion work option (feed dog lowering knob under the machine). She is a standard size machine with a bed measuring 14 5/8″ long and 7″ front to back width / depth. Our Singer sewing machine consultant worked for Singer for YEARS. He verified that this is a heavy duty machine, good for sewing denim, leather, etc. (at home, not in industrial amounts). A few small dots of black automotive paint touch-ups, mostly on the balance wheel – covering normal chips from over the years. You’re going to love her. Everything has been mechanically refurbished and professionally serviced. Foot control wiring and outlet plug wiring have been upgraded. The motor and light wiring have also been restored. The motor was rebuilt for maximum power and performance. Everything has been completely tested and functions perfectly. I take pride in fixing these old machines and giving people a quality product. Heavy Duty Electric Sewing Machine. Sears / Kenmore 158.19400 (Model 1940). She has been cleaned, oiled, tested and she’s now ready for you! She’s very clean, runs smooth and strong and has the extra zig zag features that we’ve all come to love about Kenmores! They’re reliable work-horses and are easy to use. Our sewing machine repair consultant worked for Singer for YEARS. He verified that this is a heavy duty machine, good for sewing denim, leather, etc for personal projects or as a cottage industry (not in industrial amounts). The strong 1 amp motor is great for any of your sewing projects like denim, thin leather and canvas, or for lighter weight dressmaking fabrics as well. She zig zags, has reverse function, feed dog lowering for darning & free motion, free arm option for cuffs etc, is twin needle stitching capable and uses class 15 bobbins – so easy to find! Her zig zag functions are SO EASY TO USE – just choose one and start sewing – no cams needed. 10 built-in stitches, including reverse stretch stitches. Even a thread cutter behind the needle bar – so helpful! Attachments and extra accessories included as well as the Kenmore buttonholer and a printed copy of the instruction manual. You’re sure to love her. A lovely machine – a well taken care of original. Her wiring is in great condition – the wires are still soft and not cracking – ready for years to come.
