Considered Singer’s finest home machine, this model was marketed to professional seamstresses. “Potted” motor and direct gear drive makes for incredibly smooth and strong operation. Rotary hook for superb stitch quality. Superb machine for working with fine materials but also. Great for heavy materials like canvas and leather. Easily stitched through 8 layers of denim as shown in photos. Convenient top loading bobbin. Thoroughly cleaned, lubricated, tuned-up and tested. Gear drive removed and cleaned of old grease, filled with new. Machine is in excellent working condition. Every function works exactly as it should. NOTE: I include a brand new electronic foot control. I think it is easier to work with than the original. However, if you would prefer the appropriate Singer control, I can wire one in at no additional cost.
