She has been oiled, cleaned, polished and tested. She sews a wide variety of materials, including leather and denim, as well as lightweight dressmaking fabrics. This is such a pretty machine and so hard working! Straight stitch, with adjustments for pressure and tension. Adjustable stitch lengths (with round thumb-screw next to the Singer badge). Generous harp area (work area between needle and right side). Our Singer sewing machine consultant worked for Singer for YEARS. He verified that this is a heavy duty machine, good for sewing denim, leather, etc. We are including a printed copy of the manual for the Singer 66 machine.
