This is a very remarkable sewing machine, made in the late 50s and early 1960s, amazing quality thru out on every aspect of the machine. Made in Vancouver Canada by a company called Mason. Amazing machine comes in a home made wood base for table top sewing. This company has been making sewing machines since 1948 and produce extremely high quality sewing machines. Able to sew heavy fabrics, canvas, heavy denim and light leather. This machine runs and stitches as good as any Singer or any other high quality maker and in fact runs and sews as good as 301A or a 201. We threaded it and sewed perfect straight and zigzag stitches as seen in my photo. This machine runs super fast and extremely smoothly. The quality of the build is very evident, all steel construction, all steel gears, beautiful brushed nickel plated lever covers and accents. This machine has a retractable spool pin, 5 different zigzag settings by the front lever, stitch length, reverse stitch and a knob on rhe bed drops the feed dogs for free motion sewing. This sewing machine also looks great, beautiful two tone green and black enamel paint is in superb shiny condition, the machine is very sleek with the light cover being inbuilt into the body of the machine. All functions were to tested to work perfectly, machine runs really fast and smooth or slow if you want with a well controlled pedal controller. Comes with 5 bobbins which are model 15 easy to get bobbins and the bobbin case, pedal controller and power hookup plugs. If you are looking for a really nice stitching zigzag machine you wont get better than this one. It sews amazingly well and will last forever it seems. We are dedicated to customer service.
