Heavy Duty Electric Sample Vial Sealing Crimping Machine with Foot Switch. The lower seat OD is 1″ on top of the plastic ring – OD inside the rubber ring is 7/10″. The OD of the upper hole is a hair over 1/2. When open the distance between the seat and top lip is about 3-1/4. The lever moves the bottom seat up about one inch. When the foot pedal is depressed it spins the vial and there is an adjustable lip sealer that crimps/seals the cap. Not sure if it was custom built or if the label were removed from it.
